Monticello Trailblazers Snowmobile Club has local club rides
around Monticello Saturday, Sunday and Thursday evening during winter
as well as out-of-the-area trips. New members and volunteers are welcome

Wright County Snowmobile Association
The Wright County Grant-in-Aid Trail consists of 9 different DNR funded
trails in the county for a total of nearly 250 miles of riding. A total
of 12 different local snowmobile clubs make up the association and assist
in keeping the trails groomed and well marked. New members and volunteers

BIKE/SKATE
PARK:
The Monticello Community Center has an outdoor seasonal
bike and skate park. This bike park, the
only in central Minnesota and one of only a handful in Minnesota, features
a large Corn Box with rail and ledge, 6 foot quarter pipe with a 12
foot bank wall, a Tom Thumb Mini, 5 foot quarter pipe, and a 6 foot
Roll In, Piano and Wedge Ledge to challenge even the best of riders!
The Bike Park at MCC will be open most of the day all summer long (weather
permitting) and requires a fee for entrance. Riders are required to
wear a helmet and knee pads and encouraged to wear all available safety
equipment. The park is attended by adult attendants ensuring a fun,
safe, yet extreme experience! Call the Monticello

BOWLING:
River City Lanes (763-295-3390) has 24 bowling lanes. Bumper
bowling for kids and electronic score keeping. Adjacent to the Vintage

Stop out at Lake Maria State Park (878-2352) for miles of trail
riding pleasure.
CROSS
COUNTRY SKIING:
Monticello has groomed trails at Lake Maria State Park (878-2325)
located approx. 7 miles from downtown Monticello. Check out two other
parks: Montissippi County Park located within the city limits
on the west end of town and YMCA Camp Manitou just 3 miles from
downtown Monticello (295-2403).

SLEDDING:
Visit East Bridge Park in downtown Monticello or head out to
Lake Maria State Park at Andersons Hill.
ICE
SKATING:
West Bridge and 4th Street Parks have skating rinks and
warming houses.
